These terms govern use of glowup-business-website.pages.dev and the presentation of GlowUp Business services.

Note (demo): The full legal-entity details (legal form, tax ID, registered office, trade register) will be added at official launch.

1. About us

GlowUp Business is a web design studio in Romania that builds bilingual (RO + EN) presentation websites for local businesses. Contact: hey@andrei-c.dev.

2. Our services

We design, host and maintain presentation websites under two plans (Standard and Premium), via a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription. Each plan's details are shown on the homepage and confirmed through a service agreement before work begins.

Displayed prices are indicative and confirmed in the final quote.
The subscription has a 12-month minimum, then continues monthly.
We do NOT provide: online stores, web apps, paid-ad campaigns, or content marketing.

3. Client obligations

The client provides the content (text, images, contact details) and warrants they hold the rights to the materials supplied. The client is responsible for the accuracy of published information.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment and at the end of the engagement, the client receives the domain and the site's source code. The client's brand and content remain their property.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep sites functional and secure but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. The "branded search" promise refers to organic ranking for the business's own name and depends on Google indexing.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or, where applicable, via ANPC SAL/SOL — see anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ and the EU ODR platform.
