1. About this document

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website glowup-business-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor or client, and GlowUp Business ("we"). Using the site implies acceptance of these Terms.

3. Who the site is for

The site presents GlowUp Business's services and lets visitors get in touch via WhatsApp or email. The site does not sell products or services directly online; any engagement follows an individual discussion. The site is intended for people over 16.

4. Services offered

GlowUp Business is a web studio building bilingual (RO + EN) presentation websites, in two plans:

• Essential Plan: €900 upfront + €89/month: website of up to six pages; a clear message, design made from scratch (mockup approved by the client before development), copy, development and launch by the date agreed in writing when the project is confirmed; the subscription includes hosting, domain, SSL certificate, Romanian and English versions, traffic statistics and routine changes. Code, domain and accounts belong to the client.
• Growth Plan: €1,200 upfront + €119/month: everything in the Essential plan, plus a new page or article per month, bookings integrated into the client’s calendar and quote requests by email, a monthly report and priority changes (same working day)

The prices shown are indicative for the standard packages; any customisation is agreed before the project starts. The monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance and the services included in the plan.

5. How a contract is formed

A message sent via WhatsApp or email does not constitute a concluded contract. It is a request for information. The engagement is considered formed when we confirm the request and agree on the details (objective, deliverables, price, timeline), usually via a contract or a written offer accepted by both parties.

6. Payment

Payment is made as agreed when the project is confirmed (typically: upfront cost at the start + monthly subscription for hosting and maintenance). Fiscal documents are issued per Romanian law.

7. Duration, termination, subscription

The monthly subscription has a minimum term communicated at the time of the offer. After that period, you may stop it with reasonable prior notice. On termination, the site and content remain yours as agreed in the contract. Exact details are set in the individual offer/contract.

8. Complaints and disputes

8.1. How to complain

For any dissatisfaction, contact us directly at hey@andrei-c.dev or on WhatsApp. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

8.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL)

If an amicable solution is not possible, you may use the SAL mechanisms coordinated by ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal · platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

8.3. Online Dispute Resolution (SOL/ODR)

9. Liability

The site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (prices, service details) accurate, but errors may occur; we are not liable for indirect damages from such errors, except as provided by law. The site is provided "as is". External links (WhatsApp, social networks) have their own policies, for which we are not responsible.

10. Intellectual property

The site content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of GlowUp Business or used with permission. It may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links and print pages for personal use.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for spam, security attacks, automated scraping or impersonation. We reserve the right to block any IP address that breaches these Terms.

13. Changes, force majeure, severability

We may update these Terms; the current version is indicated at the top. We are not liable for force majeure events under the Romanian Civil Code. If a clause is void, the rest remain in force.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved per section 8, with the competent court being that of the company's registered county.
